SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping from Switzerland
All artworks are shipped from Switzerland.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the individual artwork page.
Shipping destinations
Shipping is available within Switzerland and to selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Packaging
Each original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.
International orders
For deliveries outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service used. Once the order has been dispatched, any tracking information available will be provided to the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact olga@tacan.ch as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and artwork.
