1. Products

All artworks offered on this website are original paintings created by Olga Tacan.

Each artwork is an original and unique piece. Product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and prices are provided on the individual product page.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen and display settings.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

Any applicable shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process.

3. Orders and Contract

By placing an order through the online shop, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected artwork.

After an order has been placed, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation by email.

The order is processed once the payment has been successfully received.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be made using the payment methods offered through Shopify Payments, including available card and local payment methods.

For customers in Switzerland, TWINT may be available where supported by the checkout.

5. Shipping

Physical artworks are shipped from Switzerland.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The available shipping options and applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Each artwork is an original and unique work of art.

If an artwork arrives damaged or there is another problem with the order, please contact me at olga@tacan.ch as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable Swiss law.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, texts and other content published on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

The artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website Content

Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.

Minor differences between the photographs displayed online and the actual artwork may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided during an order is processed for the purposes of processing the order, payment, shipping and customer communication.

Payment processing is handled through the payment providers available at checkout.
